Korean University Administration The symbol of college is freedom of liberty. In the days of the absolute kingdom and absolute religion of medieval Europe, college was free. It was a college that almost became an extraterrestrial ministry. Even the trial was supposed to be received within the university. As such, universities become self-governing so that universities and self-governing become one word and become "university autonomy."
