This is a new book by Chow-Soon Chuang Ju (pen-name Hsin-jen), published in 2003. It is a collection of her essays, some of which have been published in local newspapers or presented in conferences. She discusses the hot issues of our time and society with love and care, and she hopes that we, the people, will continue our efforts to make the United States a model for the world. These articles are written at different times, and are her reflections of the times and her her experiences living in the United States, and her observations on the people of the United States as members of a family, a community, a nation, and the world. She values her readers' opinions and invites her readers to respond to her perspective.This paperback book has 294 pages, with an English section and a Chinese section, and illustrations by her artist husband, I-Hsiung Ju.
