Carbon dioxide is found in rainforest trees, computer servers, and the imaginations of human beings the world over. Low Resolution is a polyvalent literary novel that explores the carbon market from the perspective of four characters across three continents so interconnected, it proves to be their undoing. A fifth character—the omniscient narrator, or a satellite?—weaves in throughout. This is a book about the absurd, told in a surprisingly tender way by debut novelist Samuca da Cicatriz.
