We worry about the nutrition we intake, how many hours we sleep and how often we workout. Rarely do we invest the same care and interest in the workings of our mind. What is so important about your mind? It is everything. We become what we think about! It is the condition of our mental attitude that will determine whether we are healthy, happy, rich or strong. Some are continuously trying to change their circumstances to improve the quality of their lives when instead changes have to be made on the inside first. You are a living magnet. Your thoughts are magnetic whether they are good or bad. Often, it is our own mental attitude that has kept us away from things we desired to have or achieve. We have a tendency to blame everybody and everything except the creator of the unpleasant events and unhappy moments, which is most of the times ourselves! This is because many individuals unfortunately practice zero control over that powerful mind between their ears that can able them to live the life they desire. Rather, they adapt their life according the opinions of their friends, parents, schoolteachers, partners, Hollywood or other outer factors in the the external world. They believe that whatever happens to them is caused by some external force. We go through life adjusting to the external world in order to be happy and successful. Your life can change for the better once you start to understand that in order for your world to change, you have to change first.
