Spindle cell neoplasms can affect the oral cavity and it is often very difficult for the oral pathologists to differentiate it from other similar microscopic simulates. Diagnosis of many spindle cell lesions of the oral cavity is challenging due to their uncommon prevalence. Hence, this Study was undertaken to get an account of clinical appearance and histological overview of various spindle cell lesions.
