Author Description

This book is about my experiences for past 60 years in America. I was born in 1935 in Taiwan, while it was under Japanese rule. I graduated from Chiayi High School in 1954, and from Taiwan University, class of 1958. I immigrated to the United States in 1968 and earned an advanced engineering degree from Auburn University in Alabama. I have always loved to write, but in my time growing up in Taiwan, medicine and engineering were the best choices for professional careers. So, I became an engineer, and not a writer.
