Author Description

The third photobook is the the first anthological compilation of the photographic work of Nelson Garrido Sanchez (Caracas, 1952) and has the peculiarity of being curated by artist and photographer Gala Garrido, with a prologue by Gerardo Zavarce and a chronology prepared by researcher Nany Goncalves. Each image that composes the path Garrido has chosen as a demiurge of a personal and particular imaginary, beyond the tangible. They represent a specific drama of Venezuelan society that concerns the author. They are visual metaphors of their times and the society that contains them. --Page [10].
