This book is geared toward helping people to better understand the" why." And to encourage and to point them to the one who is the solution, GOD HIMSELF... The actions of life that causes our minds to be cloudy in the first place. Instead of being able to live a productive life, they're bombarded with mental strongholds. Preventing us from being mentally healthy, as well as, from being healthy emotionally. Like a cloud that is in the sky! Even tough, the sun is shining; we cannot see its beauty because of it being obscured by the clouds. This book is equipped from a Christian counselor's perspective, with the Bible being its solution to the problems of life, and, to the problems that we all face on a daily basis.
