
Dear Fellow Faster, After losing 50 pounds doing OMAD (one meal a day) for a year, during the PANDEMIC, I have found two secrets to my success. The first secret is keeping a journal of my food intake and weight loss progress. I only take my weight and measurements once a week. I choose Sundays. I wake up every Sunday morning, use the bathroom, weigh, measure and record IN THAT ORDER. Your weight will fluctuate throughout the week, so once a week is my tried, true, and best practice for success. The second secret is simple. Don't tell anyone what you're doing! Well-meaning friends and family will absolutely sabotage your efforts! One final word of advice is do not be discouraged when you hit a plateau. I have had at least two, each lasting about a month.
