The two youngest cousins, Bert and Astrid, fly to the icy cold planet, Neptune. They travel at the speed of light to the outermost planet in our Solar System. Their Neptune house is empty when they arrive in their Hoosie Whatsis. The older cousins have been kidnapped by the Stelarkus.
