Mighty Snail, along with his sidekick Steve, have decided to become superheroes! Why? To help restore peace to the crime infested streets of Tokyo of course! And, well...for the publicity. However, with a horrendous flop of a debut, the self-absorbed Mighty Snail has a plan to make a comeback. To find an arch-nemesis, and prove to Japan, and even the world, how powerful he is! Shouldn't be too hard, right?
