Since winning the Guardian/BBC Proms Young Composers' Competition (2006 and 2008) and the ABRSM International Young Composers' Competition (2009), Toby's music has been performed by renowned ensembles including the London Symphony Orchestra, Academy of Ancient Music, London Mozart Players, and the choirs of King's College Cambridge and Westminster Abbey. He has also written and co-written for numerous pop artists including the Rolling Stones, Chase & Status, and Duran Duran. Toby is the Gianturco Junior Research Fellow in Music and Philosophy at Linacre College, Oxford.
