My husband's grandmother stood in her tiny bungalow and created magic in her tiny kitchen. He missed her tamales, and spoke of them often. So I began several years of trial and error to present to him a tamale his grandmother could be proud of. Every recipe I tried was intimidating and confusing. So I created a simple step by step instruction book that is simple and easy to follow. Anyone can learn the art of making these delicious tamales.
