This book discusses the Federal Rules of Evidence ("the Rules"), as amended through 1 December 2014. The text is based entirely on the Rules, written in a style and organized in a manner that will help students and attorneys fully understand the Rules. Use this book first as a learning guide, and later, as a reference guide to federal evidence law, as embodied in the Rules. Following the text is an index. You will find the index thorough and easy to use. For the convenience of the reader, some topics are discussed in more than one chapter of this book, in order to complete in one place the subject of discussion.
