Colin always thought his little brother Luke was a pest--until Luke becomes so sick that the doctors say he may die. Colin is sent to England to stay with his aunt and uncle, and he decides to ask the queen of England to help him find the best doctor for Luke. But getting an audience with the queen isn't easy.
