Growing up in New Haven, CT, "Swurve" faced many trials and tribulations. His story is the story of so many minority children growing up in a sub-culture that can be at times loving, oftentimes violent, and most of the time misunderstood. All Over the Place takes the reader on a journey of one man's struggle being raised in the inner city. It is a story of love, hate, drugs, violence, heartache, and death. You will be taken on a journey where love is always present, but death is always nearby. You will understand how "Survival Mode" can become a way of life.By no means is this an attempt to glorify the "street life". Hopefully, you will be entertained while learning some important life lessons. Through the stuggle, along the journey, there are always jewels left on the path.
