Author Description

An unfinished novel, The Mystery of Edwin Drood is the book Dickens was working on when he died. Edwin and Rosa Bud have a troubled relationship and break their engagement. Soon thereafter, Edwin disappears and is presumed dead. Meanwhile, Rosa faces the affectionate advances of her employer, Jasper, who frequents opium dens.
