Author Description

This essential core textbook covers the Physics syllabi prescribed for class XII by the different Boards of Intermediate Education throughout Pakistan. This textbook is a continuation of Physics for Class XI also written by the author. Physics for Class XII is designed for pre-college students, who have very little knowledge of the technical aspects of the topics being discussed. A basic knowledge of Algebra and Trigonometry is a pre-requisite. The author provides a clear and comprehensive overview of the basic concepts of Electrostatics, Electromagnetism, fundamentals of Basic Electronics and some of the foundations of Modern and Nuclear Physics. Applications, examples and solved problems are an integral part of each chapter and illustrations and figures will help students understand the subject material. At the end of each chapter, there are a number of challenging problems for students to test their problem solving skills.
