A summary of the presentations and discussions at the Workshop on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples in International Law held at the Native Law Centre in Saskatoon on January 28, 1986. Topics include the general history of indigenous peoples' rights in international law, the influence of international law on domestic issues, international processes available to indigenous peoples in asserting their rights, and an analysis of the Cobo Study on discrimination against indigenous populations.
