Skyler has enormous heavy feelings that often visit him. He feels them almost all the time. One day, one of those feelings came over him and took over his hands. And he did something he felt bad. When Mummy teaches him about his enormous heavy feelings and shows him how to deal with them, he realises that these feelings come and go; and he can better handle them the next time they come!
