A Victorian lady uncovers a hidden world of vampires and must embrace her destiny as a hunter to protect the innocent. Emma Andrews, a woman of refined sensibilities in Victorian England, finds her world upended when she discovers not only that vampires exist but that she possesses the unique ability to hunt them. She must navigate the treacherous social landscape of her era while confronting the supernatural forces that threaten to plunge the city into eternal darkness. The narrative framework appears to be a traditional third-person perspective, focusing on Emma's personal awakening and her struggle against ancient evils.

As the second installment in the Emma Andrews gothic vampire series, 'Immortal with a Kiss' builds upon the foundation laid by 'Descent into Dust'. The premise suggests a continuation of the atmospheric Victorian setting and the exploration of supernatural elements intertwined with societal constraints. Readers can anticipate a narrative that balances the protagonist's personal journey of self-discovery with the escalating conflict against vampiric forces. The series is likely to appeal to fans of gothic romance and paranormal thrillers, offering a blend of historical intrigue and supernatural action.
