This book offers a simplified retelling of the biblical narrative concerning Moses and the Israelites' exodus from Egypt, focusing on the miraculous parting of the Red Sea. It aims to present this foundational religious story in an accessible manner for young readers, likely drawing directly from the biblical account in Exodus. The primary argument is the demonstration of divine intervention and guidance in the liberation of the Israelites.

This book is likely intended as an educational tool for children within a religious context, focusing on a key event in the Old Testament. The inclusion of follow-up activities suggests an aim to engage young readers actively with the material.
