This book constitutes the proceedings of the 21st Australasian Conference on Data Science and Machine Learning, AusDM 2023, held in Auckland, New Zealand, during December 11–13, 2023.<br>The 20 full papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 50 submissions.
