Gratitude to Old Teachers, poems by Robert Bly, with a frontispiece by Robert Marx, has been issued in a first edition of 1,500 copies, of which 1,390 trade copies are bound in wrappers. Seventy-five copies have been signed by the poet and the artist and retained by the publisher to be subsequently issued as part of a boxed set of ten pamphlets published in the BOA Pamphlets Series. -from the colophon
