This reference poster serves as a comprehensive visual map of the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition v1.2 class libraries. The authors, Patrick Chan and Rosanna Lee, provide a structured architectural overview of the 1,781 public classes and interfaces contained within the core packages of the Java development environment. By organizing these components into a single visual display, the work allows developers to identify class hierarchies, package relationships, and inheritance structures at a glance.
