Author Description

About the Author Carol M. Cram has authored over thirty-five textbooks on computer applications, business communications, and Internet-related subjects. As a faculty member at Capilano College in North Vancouver, she is currently the Convenor of the Executive and Project Administration Program, instructor of communications, business, and computer courses, and facilitates business writing seminars.
