This sequel to "Shiva" is also set in the last Ice Age. Just before Star Jamboree, a festival of magic and feasting, begins, Hag, the Crone of Crones, is found murdered. Shiva, an orphan girl, is accused of her death, but the people have forgotton her friendship with the ogres.
