Set in New York, 1980, the story revolves around Danny H, who is determined to succeed in placing his bizarre short stories with the literary or science-fiction magazines. The author's previous titles are "The Therapy of Avram Blok", "The Death of Moishe-Ganef", and "City of Blik".
