This volume investigates the intersection of Christian scripture and ecological stewardship, questioning how traditional biblical texts can inform modern environmental ethics. The work compiles the New Revised Standard Version of the Bible alongside a curated collection of essays, sermons, and poetry from prominent Christian leaders. By framing the text through an ecological lens, the contributors argue for a theological mandate to protect the natural world as a core component of faith.

The text serves as a specialized resource for readers seeking to reconcile traditional religious doctrine with contemporary ecological concerns. Its structure suggests an accessible entry point for those interested in the growing field of eco-theology and its practical application in modern worship.
