Author Description

The book gives a comprehensive presentation of Jone Kvie's art, with a rich visual material and texts by Jimmie Durham and Magnus af Petersens. In an interview with Milena Høgsberg, Kvie elaborates on his artistic development and his renewed interest in the bodily dimension. The book was launched in connection with Kvie's solo exhibition "Here, here" at Stavanger Art Museum. Exhibition: Stavanger Kunstmuseum, Norway (01.11.2019 - 01.03.2020).
