The narrative you're about to read is not prophecy. It is fiction. It is not what I think will happen to America. In fact, it is what I hope will not happen. But, could it? I believe it could. Has it ever happened to another nation? Yes! Because of Israel's sin, God allowed His people, the northern nation of Israel to be conquered and taken into exile in 722 B.C., and the southern nation of Judah to follow in 586 B.C. The sinful corruption happening in the United States today seems strangely similar to the ungodliness that led to the demise of those two ancient nations. America is not exempt!
