This publication provides the necessary instrumental accompaniment for the performance of John Rutter's choral composition, 'For the Beauty of the Earth'. The work serves as a practical resource for conductors and ensembles seeking to perform this specific arrangement, which is designed for SATB choir and a small orchestral ensemble.

Music educators and choral directors frequently utilize this edition for its standardized and accessible arrangement of Rutter's popular work. Experts note that the inclusion of specific string parts facilitates the integration of instrumentalists into choral performances with minimal preparation.
