Author Description

ISCC discusses the various aspects of the convergence between communications and computer technologies, and focuses on practical problems related to the design, deployment and utilization of information and networking systems. ISSC 2005 reflects the current priorities and presents results of ongoing research in communications and computing. A number of established topics continue to be well-represented in the proceedings, but several new ones such as security, peer-to-peer computing, mobile agents and middleware are gaining in importance. This year's special focus is on the challenging issues related to the creation, management, dissemination, and communication of information.
