USAF Deployment Planning for Southeast Asia, 1966 is the fifth in a series of special historical monographs on the war in Southeast Asia prepared by the USAF Historical Division Liaison Office.After discussing briefly Air Force views on the strategy for the war, the study describes the administration's deployment planning into 1968for Southeast Asia and other Pacific Command areas. It focuses especially on the impact of the planning on the Air Force's resources and world-wide defense posture.
